Your journey starts here. Learn the basics and foundational yoga poses.

This class

  • - Introduces the foundational yoga poses
  • - Uses a combination of breath and body movements
  • - Creates body awareness, alignment, strength, and flexibility

108 RELEASE

Let go.

Lengthen and relax with deeper, held postures.

  • - Creates deeper openings for hamstrings, hips, pelvis, and spine to safely lengthen the connective tissues in your body.
  • - Challenges the body & mind to create peace and calming by holding poses from 3-5 minutes
  • - Includes a strong breath component

108 POWER

Focus on fitness.

A dynamic class for those who enjoy a more vigorous pace. Classes

  • - Focus on increasing strength, flexibility and stamina
  • - Tone the whole body

108 Core Strength

Strengthen your inner core,your muscles and self confidence.

  • - Relax and reduce stress through breathing techniques.
  • - Build core strength and side body lengthening

108 STRENGTH & LENGTH

Power and agility. Using the yin and yang approach, this class helps to improve both strength and flexibility.

The yin component

  • - Slower movements for the hips, pelvis & spine to and lengthen the connective tissues in your body
  • - Poses are held from 3-5 minutes to create deeper openings

The yang element

  • - Energizes and strengthens by holding standing poses for longer periods of time

108 FLOW

Feel connected. Energizing and dynamic, this class

  • - Uses the breath to synchronize movement
  • - Develops strength, stamina and flexibility
